Refund Policy Last updated: October 21, 2025
We aim to be fair and transparent while ensuring clinical safety and sustainability of our OIT
program. This refund policy applies to all OIT services, packages, and payment options.
1. Initial Consultation (Required)
• The $400 initial consultation (includes skin testing) is required prior to starting OIT.
• Once the visit has occurred, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
• Cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice and the fee may be applied to a new
appointment within 60 days.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit the fee.
2. OIT Program Fees (Standard & Gold Plans)
• Program fees are non-refundable once treatment begins due to customized dosing materials
and reserved clinical resources.
• If you cancel after payment but before the first dosing visit, a 75% refund will be issued to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
• If treatment stops mid-program for personal, financial, or medical reasons, a partial pro-rated
credit or refund may be offered at the clinic’s discretion based on visits completed and
materials used.
3. Pay-Per-Visit Patients
• Pay-per-visit fees are collected at each visit and are non-refundable once the visit occurs.
• Visits canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a charge.
4. Financing & Payment Plans
• For third-party financing (e.g., Cherry, CareCredit, Sunbit), refunds are processed according
to the financing provider’s policies.
• For in-house payment plans, scheduled payments remain due. If you discontinue early, the
remaining balance may be adjusted pro-rata based on completed visits and materials used.
5. Clinic-Initiated Changes
If we postpone or discontinue treatment for medical safety (e.g., uncontrolled asthma, adverse
reactions), we may issue a pro-rated refund or credit for unused portions of the program.
6. HSA / FSA Payments
Payments made via HSA or FSA will be refunded to the same account when possible, consistent with IRS rules and plan administrator requirements.
7. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated periodically. The version posted on our website represents the
