Good Faith Pricing Estimate

The following options represent typical costs for patients pursuing Oral

Immunotherapy (OIT) for food allergies. Patients who started OIT prior to 10/1/2025 will remain under their current plan for the remainder of their updosing and are not subject to these rates

Prices include professional services, dosing

materials, and all standard visits over the treatment course unless otherwise noted.

Initial Consultation (Required)

All new OIT patients are required to complete an initial consultation visit prior to beginning therapy. This visit costs $400 and includes a comprehensive allergy evaluation and skin testing to confirm eligibility and ensure safety for Oral Immunotherapy treatment.

Comprehensive OIT Packages

Standard OIT Plan — $5,000

Covers up to two food allergens, including all visits, dosing materials, and supervision over the 9-month OIT course. No additional office visit fees are charged during this period.

Gold OIT Plan — $6,500

Includes all components of the Standard Plan plus 24-hour direct pager access to your supervising allergist for urgent allergy-related concerns throughout your OIT treatment period.

Additional Allergens

Treatment of more than two allergens may be added for $1,000 per additional allergen.

Pay-Per-Visit Option

Patients who prefer to pay per visit may choose a flexible option at $400 per visit, with an average of two visits per month during the 9-month course. Dosing materials and supplies are included in the visit fee.

Financing and Payment Options

We strive to make OIT accessible to every family:

• Monthly payment plans and third-party financing are available for qualified patients.

• Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) may be used to

cover eligible OIT costs.

• Major credit cards, debit cards, and direct electronic payments are accepted.

Our staff can help you determine the best option during your initial consultation.

Insurance CoveragePlease note that Oral Immunotherapy (OIT) is generally considered an elective or non-covered service by most insurance carriers. Certain initial evaluation visits or unrelated allergy services may be billable to insurance, depending on your plan.

The OIT program

itself—including dosing, materials, and supervision—is typically a direct, cash-based service.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you will receive a personalized Good Faith Estimate before beginning OIT. This document outlines the total expected charges for your chosen plan or per-visit option. Actual costs will not exceed the quoted estimate unless you elect to modify your treatment plan or add additional services.
